Label / history
Cavit was founded in 1950 as a community and corporate group created by Trentino winemakers to improve quality control and simplify their work. Based in northeastern Italy, it supports almost 4,500 small wineries and represents their interests. Its growers have 7,000 ha of vineyards, and Cavit produces 65% of the wine made annually in the Trentino region.
