About this wine

Vineyard and terroir

The wine comes from several parcels totalling 0.73 ha in the middle, most renowned and classic zone of the Bussia MGA in Monforte d’Alba. Bussia is one of the appellation’s largest MGAs and encompasses numerous subzones whose wines vary with soil composition, altitude and aspect. The selected parcels are intended to express this diversity as a coherent portrait of the terroir.

Grapes

100% Nebbiolo.

Tasting profile

The nose recalls damp undergrowth and rich earth. The palate is deeply savoury, broad-shouldered, warm and chewy.

Serving and pairing

Its powerful, savoury profile is expressly food-oriented and calls for accompaniment at the table.
