Vinification
Fermentation and maceration take place at a controlled 24–26°C, with daily pumping over.
Ageing
After racking, the wine matures for four months.
Tasting profile
This is conceived as an introduction to the wines of Montepulciano while retaining an identity distinct from Vino Nobile. The palate is balanced and fine, opening with a light tannic impression and developing an elegant profile.

Serve in a medium-sized glass. Pair with antipasti, pasta with red-meat sauce, filled pasta or grilled red-meat main courses.
