About this wine
Vineyard and terroir
The grapes grow in Valpolicella vineyards on clay-limestone soils.
Vinification
The grapes are harvested by hand in late October, followed by 12 days of maceration and fermentation in temperature-controlled stainless steel tanks.
Ageing
The wine rests for several months in stainless steel, followed by at least three months in bottle.
