Vineyard and terroir

Grapes
The 2023 vintage blends Garganega with Trebbiano di Soave.
Vinification
The grapes are generally harvested by hand between September and October. Traditional white-wine vinification takes place at a controlled temperature.
Ageing
The wine rests for four months in stainless-steel tanks.
