About this wine
Vineyard and terroir
The Arneis fruit grows in Piedmont, within the Langhe and Roero DOC areas.
Vinification
The grapes are harvested by hand no earlier than mid-September, allowing them to reach greater ripeness. Fermentation takes place in stainless-steel tanks at a controlled temperature of 16–17 °C to retain clean, intensely fruity aromas.
Tasting profile
Soft and fresh, with naturally low acidity and rich floral and intensely fruity aromas.
Label / history
The name Arneis literally means “little rascal”, referring to the variety’s demanding and difficult cultivation.
