Vinification
After harvest, the grapes undergo traditional vinification, followed by secondary fermentation using the Charmat method.
Serving and pairing
Suitable as an aperitif and with appetizers, fish or white-meat dishes.
Label / history
Cielo e Terra was founded in 1908. Its name combines terra, meaning “earth”, with the surname of the founding Cielo family. The company expanded and improved production under Pietro Cielo from 1930, established new vineyards in 1962 and is now run by fourth-generation brothers Luca and Pierpaolo Cielo. It owns about 300 ha and belongs to Gruppo Cantine Colli Berici, which owns approximately 4,000 ha of vineyards.
