About this wine
Vineyard and terroir
The fruit comes from Coste della Sesia, across the provinces of Biella and Vercelli. Volcanic soils contribute grace and elegance to the wines.
Vinification
Traditional vinification begins with spontaneous fermentation in concrete vats without temperature control. Skin maceration lasts 12–15 days, followed by spontaneous malolactic fermentation.
Ageing
The wine matures for 12 months in stainless-steel tanks and at least six months in bottle. Before bottling, it may also spend one month in large oak barrels.
Tasting profile
Youthful, graceful and elegant, with an easy-drinking character.
Serving and pairing
It can be enjoyed young and does not require hours of decanting.
