About this wine
Vineyard and terroir
The grapes come from the estate's own vineyards in the Colli Orientali del Friuli. The soils are rich in mineral deposits, limestone and calcium.
Vinification
The grapes are harvested at optimal ripeness, carefully sorted and gently pressed at the winery. Before fermentation the wine undergoes a brief cold maceration on the skins of 12 hours at 10–12 °C. The must is cooled and settled, then fermented below 20 °C under controlled temperature with selected yeasts, which help develop the wine's distinctive aromas.
Ageing
The wine ages on its lees in stainless steel tanks and is filtered before bottling. It has no contact with wood.
Tasting profile
Elegant, with a rounded character and a refined, smooth texture.
Serving and pairing
Suited to aperitif service. It pairs with light appetizers, first courses, egg dishes and fish.
