About this wine

Vineyard and terroir

The grapes come from the estate's own vineyards in the Colli Orientali del Friuli. The soils are rich in mineral deposits, limestone and calcium.

Vinification

The grapes are harvested at optimal ripeness, carefully sorted and gently pressed at the winery. The must is cooled and left to settle, then fermented at a controlled 17 °C with selected yeasts that help develop the wine's distinctive aromas. Vinification includes a brief 12-hour cryomaceration on the skins at 10–12 °C.

Ageing

The wine is aged on its lees in stainless steel tanks and filtered before bottling. It has no contact with wood.

Tasting profile

Elegant, with a rounded character and refined smoothness.

Serving and pairing

Suited to aperitif drinking. It pairs with light appetizers, first courses, egg dishes and fish.
