About this wine

Vineyard and terroir

The grapes are selected and harvested exclusively from the company's vineyards in Rosazzo.

Grapes

A balanced blend of Friulano, Chardonnay, aromatic Sauvignon and Ribolla Gialla, the last noticeably high in acidity.

Vinification

Each variety is pressed gently and chilled, then clarified before the clear must is racked. Fermentation takes place at a controlled temperature with selected yeasts, which help develop the wine's distinctive aromas.

Tasting profile

Elegant, refreshing and fruity.

Serving and pairing

Pairs with fish, seafood and vegetable risotto.

Label / history

In Friulian, Nojar means "walnut tree."
