About this wine
Vineyard and terroir
The grapes come from the estate's own vineyards in the Colli Orientali del Friuli. The soils are rich in mineral deposits, limestone and calcium.
Vinification
The grapes are harvested at optimal ripeness, carefully sorted and gently pressed at the winery. The must is cooled and settled, then fermented at a controlled 17 °C with selected yeasts chosen to develop the wine's characteristic aromas. Vinification includes a brief cold maceration on the skins of 12 hours at 10–12 °C.
Ageing
The wine ages on its lees in stainless steel tanks and is filtered before bottling. It has no contact with wood.
Tasting profile
Elegant, with a rounded character and refined smoothness.
Serving and pairing
Suited to aperitif use. It pairs with light appetizers, first courses, egg dishes and fish.
