About this wine
Vineyard and terroir
The grapes grow in Veneto on the hills of Conegliano and Valdobbiadene. The area has a mild climate and clay soils, which contribute fruit and floral aromas and a balanced character.
Vinification
The grapes are harvested at optimal ripeness and gently pressed. Fermentation takes place at low temperature in stainless-steel tanks with selected yeasts. The base wine undergoes a second fermentation using the Charmat method, with no dosage added.
Tasting profile
The bouquet is expressive, with fruit and floral aromas. The palate is balanced and harmonious, with good structure.
