Vineyard and terroir
The vineyards lie in Veneto, on the hills of Conegliano and Valdobbiadene. The area has a mild climate and clay soils.
Vinification
The grapes are gently pressed before low-temperature fermentation with added yeast in stainless-steel tanks. The base wine undergoes a second fermentation using the Charmat method.
Tasting profile
The bouquet is notably expressive, with fruit and floral aromas. The palate is balanced and harmonious, with good structure.
