About this wine
Vineyard and terroir
The vineyards lie in Veneto, on the hills of Conegliano and Valdobbiadene, along the historic Strada del Vino Prosecco. The area has a mild climate and clay soils, contributing fruit-and-floral aromas and a balanced taste.
Vinification
The grapes are gently pressed, then fermented at low temperature in stainless-steel tanks with added yeast. Secondary fermentation follows in pressure tanks using the Charmat method. The source gives its duration only as “60,” without specifying a unit. This process preserves pure fruit aromas and produces fine, lively bubbles and a light, airy texture.
Tasting profile
The wine is elegant, with delicate berry notes. The nose combines strawberry and ripe red berries with floral hints. The palate is fresh, with gentle acidity and a refreshing finish.
Label / history
The estate is situated on the Strada del Vino Prosecco, a historic route once used to transport wines made from Prosecco grapes.
