About this wine
Vineyard and terroir
The fruit comes from a vineyard at the Faianeghe estate, within the municipalities of Isera and Mori in Trentino. The vines grow at 300 metres above sea level, in a microclimate influenced by nearby Lake Garda.
Vinification
After harvest, the grapes are pressed and fermented in stainless-steel tanks for 20 days at 14–15 °C.
Ageing
The wine remains on the lees for one month, with bâtonnage once a week. After bottling, it rests for a further, unspecified period in the winery’s cellars before release.
