About this wine
Vineyard and terroir
The fruit comes from the estate’s central vineyards.
Grapes
The blend comprises Corvina Grossa (40%), Corvina (30%) and Rondinella (30%).
Vinification
After harvest, the grapes are placed in wooden crates and dried until February to concentrate their sweetness and aromas. Fermentation takes place in large vats at low temperatures for about one month.
Ageing
The wine matures in oak barrels for three years.

Dried, raisin-like berry notes accompany a rich, powerful aroma.
