About this wine
Vinification
The grapes are harvested at optimal ripeness, carefully transported to the winery, thoroughly sorted and gently pressed. Fermentation takes place in temperature-controlled stainless-steel tanks. The wine is lightly filtered before bottling.
Serving and pairing
Pairs especially well with stewed or grilled meat, roasts and game.
