About this wine
Vineyard and terroir
The grapes are grown on clay soils with basalt deposits.
Vinification
After harvest, the grapes are gently pressed, then fermented in stainless-steel tanks for 14 days at 20 °C. Malolactic fermentation follows. Secondary fermentation takes place in steel tanks using the Charmat method.
Tasting profile
Delicate fruit and floral aromas lead to a clean, fresh palate.
Serving and pairing
Suitable as an aperitif or with light appetizers, salads, bruschetta or soft cheeses.
