About this wine
Vineyard and terroir
The fruit comes from the Gallina vineyard, where limestone and sandy soils combine with southern and southeastern exposure. Cantina del Pino’s estate vineyards have vines between 35 and 70 years old.
Vinification
The grapes are harvested by hand at optimal ripeness and pressed at the winery. Vinification takes place in temperature-controlled stainless-steel tanks.
