Vineyard and terroir
The Arneis grows in Piedmont on clay-limestone soils.
Vinification
The grapes are harvested at optimal ripeness and gently pressed at the winery. Fermentation takes place in stainless steel tanks under careful temperature control, never exceeding 17 °C.

Suited to aperitif. It pairs with all kinds of fish dishes, appetizers, delicately flavored pasta and grilled vegetables.
