Vineyard and terroir
The fruit comes from the estate’s vineyards in the Roero region.
Vinification
The grapes are harvested entirely by hand and fermented in stainless-steel tanks for seven days at a controlled temperature of 10 °C.
Ageing
The wine rests briefly in steel tanks.
