About this wine
Vineyard and terroir
The fruit comes from the Alborina vineyard in Piedmont, situated on hillsides at an altitude of 300 metres. Its soils contain limestone and clay. The vines are farmed exclusively using organic methods; organic compost and biodynamic preparations are applied to enrich the soil.
Vinification
The grapes are harvested by hand at full ripeness and gently pressed. Fermentation takes place at a controlled temperature, followed by slow static settling.
Ageing
The wine rests on its lees for several months before bottling.
