About this wine
Vineyard and terroir
The vineyards lie at 300 m above sea level on clay-limestone soils very low in organic matter.
Vinification
No sulfur dioxide is used at any stage of production, and the process is carefully controlled.
Label / history
Production is approximately 5,000 bottles.
