About this wine
Vineyard and terroir
The grapes come from organic vineyards on hilly slopes in Gavi, Piedmont, at an altitude of 300 metres. The soils consist of limestone and clay. The vines are cultivated exclusively with organic methods; bio-compost and biodynamic preparations are used to fertilize the soil.
Vinification
Fully ripe grapes are harvested by hand and undergo cold maceration. After gentle pressing, the must ferments at low temperatures.
