About this wine
Vineyard and terroir
The fruit comes from the hillside “Spinola” vineyard, at 300 metres above sea level, where the vines grow on limestone and clay soils. The vineyard is farmed exclusively using organic methods; organic compost and biodynamic preparations nourish the soil.
Vinification
The grapes are harvested by hand when fully ripe, gently pressed and fermented at a controlled temperature. Production is closely monitored through to bottling.
