About this wine
Vineyard and terroir
The fruit comes from the winery’s own vineyard, at 300 metres above sea level. Its clay and silty soils are rich in organic matter developed through biodynamic farming. The vineyard is tended by Henry with a heavy draft horse.
Vinification
Part of the fruit ferments with native yeasts in temperature-controlled stainless-steel tanks, while the remainder ferments in oak barrels. No sulfur dioxide is used. The wine is certified organic, biodynamic and vegan.
Label / history
The wine takes its name from Titouan, the first draft horse to work the vineyard. Its label shows a photograph of Titouan with Henry, the vineyard worker.
