About this wine
Vinification
The Ribolla Gialla grapes are harvested in mid-September. Harvesting is done by hand, followed by careful bunch selection. At the winery, the grapes are chilled before crushing, and cryoextraction during pressing helps preserve their aromas. Fermentation takes place in stainless-steel tanks at controlled temperatures.
Label / history
The Dorigo winery began in 1966, when the family acquired the Ronc di Juri and Montsclapade vineyards. The family subsequently increased planting density, introduced mechanised vineyard work and revised its winemaking process.
