About this wine

Vineyard and terroir

The fruit grows on limestone and clay soils in the hills of Valdobbiadene DOCG, where the climate is fresh and Mediterranean.

Vinification

The grapes are harvested in mid-September, gently pressed and vinified using traditional white-wine methods. Slow secondary fermentation takes place in pressurised tanks by the Charmat method at 15–17 °C.

Tasting profile

Refined and elegant, with an appealing aroma, a fresh palate and a silky texture.

Serving and pairing

Pairs with most Italian dishes.
