Vinification and ageing
Maceration on skins in temperature-controlled rotofermenter for 3-4 days; short passage in used French barriques for 5 months.
Tasting profile
Colour: dark intense purple red. Nose: blackberry and sweet spices. Palate: warm, full and soft, with the right acidity and a long red-fruit finish.
