Vinification and ageing
Every single berry is removed by hand to seek purity of Nebbiolo fruit and tannin; only the best berries enter the maceration, with no stems, leaf fragments or wood pieces.
Tasting profile
Colour: light ruby red with garnet reflections. Nose: fruity and floral notes. Palate: delicate and elegant, with a finish of rose and flowers.
Notes
The first vintage was 2010. The name means one-by-one and refers to hand-separated berries.
