Vinification and ageing
Maceration on skins in temperature-controlled rotofermenter for 4-5 days; ageing in French barriques, 30% new, for 24 months.
Tasting profile
Colour: lively ruby red with garnet reflections. Nose: fruity and floral notes, flower petals, ethereal and sweet. Palate: elegant and feminine, with light tannins.
