Maceration on skins in temperature-controlled rotofermenter for 3-4 days; ageing in 100% new French barriques for 18 months.

Colour: intense red. Nose: broad and rounded, with herbal, vegetal and spicy notes. Palate: structured, decisive and vigorous yet harmonious.
Notes
Founded in 1997, L'Insieme brings together seven Langa producers and supports charitable and cultural projects. Each producer makes an individual blend and donates 5 euros for every bottle produced.
