About this wine
Vineyard and terroir
The grapes come only from the finest sites in the communes of Faedo and San Michele all'Adige, in an Alpine setting. The local microclimate has marked differences between daytime and nighttime temperatures, which helps the grapes develop especially expressive aromas. The variety of soils adds complexity and richness to the wine.
Grapes
Selected Pinot Grigio grapes. Clusters are thinned in summer.
Vinification
The grapes are picked by hand at full phenolic ripeness. Fermentation takes place in stainless steel tanks at a controlled temperature, using selected yeasts.
Ageing
The wine rests on fine lees for several months, with regular stirring.
