About this wine
Vineyard and terroir
The Montepulciano grapes come from vineyards in the Ortona production area.
Vinification
The grapes are harvested at optimal ripeness, then destemmed and gently pressed at the winery. The juice settles statically before fermenting at a controlled temperature of 12 °C for 20 days.
