About this wine
Vinification
The Aglianico grapes are harvested by hand, carefully sorted and destemmed. They undergo five days of cold maceration before fermentation at 24 °C.
Ageing
The wine matures for 10 months, with 60% aged in stainless-steel tanks and 40% in oak barrels. It then rests in bottle for a further three months before release.
Tasting profile
Rich and well balanced, with an expressive aroma and a deep, savoury character.
