About this wine
Vineyard and terroir
The fruit is grown in Salento.
Vinification
After pressing, the must undergoes maceration at a controlled temperature for 8–10 days, with regular pump-overs. Alcoholic and malolactic fermentation take place in stainless-steel tanks.
Ageing
The wine matures for 8–10 months in previously used American and French oak barrels.
Tasting profile
Warm, soft and harmonious.
