About this wine
Vineyard and terroir
The fruit comes from Feudi di San Gregorio’s 20 ha of vineyards in the Manduria area of the province of Taranto, Puglia. The vines grow on elevated land extending towards the coast, at approximately 76 m above sea level, in a sunny climate. They are planted at a density of 4,000 vines per hectare on limestone soils with a significant clay content. Young vines grow alongside vines up to 20 years old.
Vinification
The grapes are harvested during the first ten days of September and gently pressed. Fermentation and maceration take place in temperature-controlled stainless-steel tanks.
Ageing
The wine matures in stainless-steel tanks for 12 months, followed by six months in the estate’s cellars after bottling.

Soft, with a pleasant fruity character.
