About this wine
Vineyard and terroir
The grapes come from old vines in the Dal Re vineyard in Taurasi.
Vinification
The grapes are rigorously selected, and the wine is produced only when the harvest meets strict requirements. Fermentation and maceration take place in stainless-steel tanks for three weeks.
Ageing
The wine matures for 18 months in French oak barrels, followed by a further 12 months in bottle in the winery’s cellars.
Tasting profile
Complex, with a soft, velvety texture.
