About this wine
Vineyard and terroir
The Chardonnay is grown in the Langhe region.
Vinification
After pressing, the must was immediately separated from the skins and cooled. Selected yeasts were added, and fermentation took place at a controlled temperature in stainless steel tanks and new French oak barrels.
Ageing
The wine was aged on its fine lees before bottling.
