Grapes
The fruit is carefully selected.
Vinification
Harvest takes place during the first ten days of September. The grapes are gently pressed and the must is filtered before low-temperature fermentation in pressurised tanks using the Charmat method.
Ageing
The wine is ready to drink just a few days after bottling.

Remarkably fresh and aromatic, with a well-balanced palate.
