About this wine
Vineyard and terroir
The vineyards lie at 300–400 metres above sea level in the Barbaresco area, which encompasses four villages northeast of Alba.
Vinification
Harvest begins in the first half of October. Fermentation takes place in stainless-steel tanks at a controlled temperature of 30–31 °C for 8–10 days.
Ageing
The wine ages for 12 months in oak barrels, followed by a further 12 months in bottle in the winery’s cellars.
