About this wine
Vineyard and terroir
The fruit is selected Nebbiolo grown in the Barbaresco area.
Vinification
Harvest usually begins in late September. The wine ferments in temperature-controlled stainless steel tanks and then undergoes malolactic fermentation.
Ageing
The wine is aged for 12 months in Allier oak barrels.
Serving and pairing
Decant for about an hour before serving.
