Vinification
Made by the Charmat method, with fermentation in large stainless-steel tanks to retain the grape’s aromas and balance of flavours.
Ageing
Intended to be enjoyed within a few days of bottling, while still young and fresh.
Label / history
The wine belongs to Fontanafredda’s traditional sparkling-wine collection, “I Metalli Preziosi” (“precious metals”), in which it is associated with silver, or “Argento.”
