About this wine
Vineyard and terroir
The Dolcetto grapes are grown mainly around the town of Alba. The vineyards have good exposure and fairly compact limestone soils.
Vinification
Fermentation takes place in stainless steel vats for 6–8 days at 24–25 °C, followed by malolactic fermentation.
Ageing
Ageing is in two stages: six months in steel tanks, then several months in bottle after bottling.
Tasting profile
A simple, easy-drinking dry red.
