About this wine
Vineyard and terroir
The grapes grow directly below the Ligurian Apennines. The vineyards occupy mid-slope sites at 200–300 m above sea level, on sandy soils containing a high proportion of sandy marl.
Vinification
After harvest, the grapes are pressed and fermented at a controlled temperature of 20 °C.
Ageing
The wine matures in steel tanks for 6–8 months and is bottled in the spring following the harvest.
Tasting profile
Young and fresh, with an appealing aroma and a well-balanced palate.
Serving and pairing
Suitable as an aperitif and with appetizers, vegetable dishes and fish.
