About this wine
Vineyard and terroir
The fruit comes from east- and west-facing vineyards at 250–400 m above sea level, with clay- and limestone-rich soils.
Vinification
The grapes are harvested at optimal ripeness and gently pressed. Fermentation takes place at low temperatures, followed by clarification and filtration.
Ageing
The wine is ready to drink within a few days of bottling and is intended to be enjoyed young.
