About this wine
Vineyard and terroir
The Nebbiolo is grown in three areas: Treiso, Barbaresco and Neive. The vineyards occupy south- and southwest-facing mid-slope sites at 200–300 m above sea level.
Vinification
The grapes are harvested in the first half of October, then fermented and macerated.
Ageing
The wine spends one year in large casks made from French oak from Allier, followed by a short period in stainless-steel tanks before bottling and a further year of ageing.
Tasting profile
Generous in style, with an attractive appearance, a bright aroma and a full flavour centred on fruit.
