The grapes are carefully selected at harvest. The wine undergoes a long fermentation using the Charmat method, alongside innovative winemaking techniques.

“Galarej” belongs to the “Bollicine d’Autore” (“signature bubbles”) collection of five sparkling wines, each produced in strictly limited quantities.
