About this wine
Vineyard and terroir
The grapes grow in sandy soils in the Gavi region, at elevations of 200–300 m.
Vinification
Harvest usually begins in the second half of September. The grapes are gently pressed, after which the juice is separated from the skins, chilled and allowed to settle. Alcoholic fermentation takes place in temperature-controlled stainless-steel tanks.
